The roasting process takes up to 20 minutes. Through our gentle longterm roastingthis allows us to remove more moisture, protecting the bean,evenly roasting helping them to produce exceptional speciality coffee, fresh to order.Because we roast our coffee our own blends, (so it’s as fresh as can be) and we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
