Our production facility, Concrete Coffee Roasters was born in the creative heart of Mannheim’s Jungbusch district.
Over many years, we have been developing our production techniques and created the infrastructure needed to enable us to bring to market, the most amazing coffees.

We roast high-quality coffees from various regions of the world to rigorous professional standards and sell our beans, online and to corporate and catering customers and are delighted to announce our first coffee shop in the UK, which will open in March 2024 in Lytham St Anne’s.

Inspired by the coffee culture of the American West Coast and vibrant cities such as London, Toyko & Milan, Concrete Coffee Roasters was founded in 2018 by Florian Fischer and David Zwilling.
With Rouven Hager, Tobias Kasper and our UK founder Francis Cosgrave, our team is forging forward the shared vision of an innovative, urban coffee brand, as we begin our expansion to new markets around the world, beginning with the UK.

César is our chief roaster. Coffee is a passion for this native Colombian. He has known the diverse world of coffee since his childhood. In addition to his enthusiasm and focus on the taste and quality of our products, there is one thing that drives him above all else: his genuine interest in the people behind the coffee and their culture.
As operations managers, Martha and Vivi are fundamentally responsible for planning and coordinating work processes. They oversee every step in our production, from selecting the green coffee beans to packaging the roasted coffee. Our dynamic duo ensures that the coffee reaches customers reliably and puts a smile on their faces.
